Meet the Team!

James West

Founder & President

After a 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, James supported several DoD contracts over the next ten years whereas a Logistics Analyst he was a valuable key to the success of providing Technical and Logistics support for Acquisition and Life Cycle Sustainment efforts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bryan College. James specializes in provisioning, instructional design and development. He contributes to all levels of training delivery, instructor support, and development of technical manuals. This includes repair parts manuals as well as development of all other contract data requirement deliverables.

Bryan Baxter

Vice President

Senior Logistics Analyst

Bryan served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. He also completed seven years as an Equipment Specialist for Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Executive Office Land Systems, Light Tactical Fleet (Level III), and Life Cycle Logistician. His experience as an Equipment Specialist provides him with valuable knowledge of Program Acquisition and Life Cycle Sustainment efforts. Bryan specializes in the development of all levels of technical manuals, repair parts manuals and the development of all other contract data requirements.
